Return eligibility
Solyn may accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within a defined window after delivery, subject to review. For quality and compliance reasons, opened or used vials are generally not eligible for return.
How to request a return
• Contact Solyn Support with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
• If approved, Solyn will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Use a trackable shipping method and package items securely.
