My order arrived damaged – what should I do?

Step 1: Document the issue

• Take clear photos of the shipping box (all sides), shipping label, and the damaged item(s).

• If the interior packaging is damaged, photograph it before removing items.

Step 2: Contact Solyn Support

Send the photos and your order number to Solyn Support as soon as possible. Include a brief description of what arrived damaged.

Step 3: Keep the packaging

Please keep the original shipping materials until the claim is resolved. In some cases, carriers require inspection or additional documentation.

Resolution

After review, Solyn will advise next steps, which may include replacement, refund, or filing a carrier claim depending on the situation.
