Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Solyn. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time during the ordering process. If you cannot provide adequate age verification upon request, we may cancel your order.

U.S. Sales Only: Solyn only sells and ships products within the United States. Orders for delivery outside the U.S. will not be accepted. By purchasing, you confirm that your shipping address is located in the United States. We do not support international sales or shipments.

Research Use Only: All products sold by Solyn are intended solely for laboratory research and development purposes. They are sold with the understanding that they will be used only in a controlled lab or research setting.

Not for Human or Animal Use: Our products are NOT intended for human consumption or for use on humans or animals under any circumstances. You must not use any product in foods, beverages, drugs, cosmetics, household items, or in any other manner that would involve ingestion, injection, topical application, or any form of administration to a human or an animal.

No Medical, Therapeutic, or Diagnostic Use: You acknowledge and agree that these products will not be used for any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose. This means you will not use our products to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and you will not use them in any clinical trials or as substitutes for medication or other therapy.

Compliance and Safe Handling: You are responsible for ensuring that the handling and use of the products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols. All products should be handled only by persons knowledgeable and qualified in laboratory techniques and familiar with their potential hazards. You must use appropriate safety measures and personal protective equipment when handling these research materials. Furthermore, you agree that you have any required licenses or permits needed to possess or use these products (if applicable), and that you will properly dispose of any residues or waste in accordance with law.

Misuse Prohibited: Any misuse of the products, including using them contrary to the above restrictions, is strictly prohibited. Solyn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe that a customer intends to use a product in a manner inconsistent with its designated research purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Customers acknowledge that our products are not medications or supplements and are not to be used as such. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and Zelle. All payments must be made in U.S. currency (USD). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change; any available methods will be presented at checkout.

Pricing and Taxes: All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes or fees. We will add any required sales tax or other governmental charges at checkout (based on the shipping address and applicable laws). You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, as required by law. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid documentation to us before purchasing.

Payment Authorization: By submitting an order and providing payment information, you represent and warrant that (a) the payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (b) you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided, and (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your card issuer, bank, or payment service.

Order and Payment Verification: All orders are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to verify your payment details and any information you provide before processing your order. This verification may include confirming your identity, age, billing and shipping information, and ensuring compliance with these Terms. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or if information cannot be verified, we may delay or cancel the order. Orders are not deemed accepted until we successfully verify and process payment and send you an order confirmation.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Solyn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion before shipment, even after an order confirmation is issued. Reasons may include suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, inability to verify information, inventory or pricing errors, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Cryptocurrency Payments: If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, the exact amount and payment instructions will be provided at checkout. You are responsible for sending the correct amount of cryptocurrency to the designated wallet address within any specified time window. Exchange rate fluctuations and any transaction fees (miner fees) are your responsibility. Orders paid by cryptocurrency will be processed only after the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain to our satisfaction. In the event of an overpayment or underpayment due to exchange rate changes or error, we will handle such cases on a case-by-case basis (underpayments may result in order cancellation or a request for the balance due; overpayments may be refunded in USD or crypto at our discretion, net of any fees).

Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may request additional documentation to verify identity or address. Providing false, stolen, or unauthorized payment information violates these Terms and may result in cancellation and legal action.

Zelle and Bank Transfers: Instructions will be provided at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment is received and cleared. Bank transfers may take several business days. If we do not receive payment within a reasonable time (for example, 5 business days), the order may be canceled.

Order Processing Time: For orders that have passed payment and order verification, we endeavor to process and ship within one (1) business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed or cleared after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays are treated as received on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: Solyn ships via reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers) to U.S. addresses. Shipping options and estimated delivery times may be offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Solyn. Tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping Guarantee: Any verified order will be shipped from our facility within 1 business day. If we fail to ship your verified order within that timeframe, we will refund the shipping costs you paid for that order (to the original payment method or as store credit if you prefer), after confirming the delay was on our end.

Verification Delays: The one-business-day timeframe starts only after verification is complete (payment confirmed and required checks completed). Delays caused by awaiting information from you or payment/order verification issues are excluded.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Information: You must provide accurate shipping information. If an order cannot ship on time due to incorrect/incomplete address details or missing verification information, the shipping-cost refund policy does not apply.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is tendered to the carrier. Solyn is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit, but will assist with carrier claims when appropriate. Refunds or replacements are handled consistent with carrier insurance and Solyn’s discretion.

Delivery Confirmation: Carrier delivery records serve as proof of delivery. You are responsible for securing the package upon delivery. Solyn is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed.

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition (including any seals). To be eligible, you must initiate the return and ship the product back within forty-five (45) days of receipt.

Non-Eligible Returns: No returns or refunds are accepted for opened, used, adulterated, or compromised products, or for returns outside the 45-day window. Ineligible returns may be disposed of or returned to you at your expense, at our discretion.

Return Process: Contact us within 45 days of delivery to obtain return instructions or an RMA if required. Use a trackable shipping method and consider shipping insurance; we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable (except as provided in Section 5). If you received free shipping and return an item not due to our error, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Refund Processing: After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 5-10 business days after receipt for processing (timing may depend on your bank or card issuer). Shipping fees and transaction fees are not refunded except where required by law or due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your product arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide requested documentation (for example, photographs). For confirmed cases, we will provide a replacement (shipped at our expense) or a full refund, at our discretion, and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds on Cryptocurrency Payments: If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are generally issued in USD for the USD value of the purchase (via an alternative method you provide, such as bank transfer or store credit). We may offer a crypto refund at our discretion for an equivalent USD value, net of transaction fees.

Products Provided “As Is”: All Solyn products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solyn disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

No Intended Warranties: Product descriptions (including purity, specifications, or research applications) are informational only and not guarantees. You are responsible for determining suitability for your intended research use.

No Medical or Usage Warranty: Solyn offers no warranty that products are fit for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, human, or animal use. Any use outside a laboratory research setting or in violation of these Terms is at your own risk, and Solyn disclaims liability for misuse.

Site Availability: The Site is provided without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Where applicable, implied warranties are limited to the minimum duration permitted by law.

No Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solyn and its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory.

No Liability for Misuse: Solyn is not liable for harm, injury, or damage resulting from use inconsistent with intended research purposes or in violation of these Terms. You assume full responsibility for improper handling or misuse.

Maximum Liability Cap: Solyn’s total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. If a claim does not relate to a specific product, Solyn’s liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Exclusive Remedy: Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the product and, if applicable, pursue a return/refund under Section 6. If dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

Release; California Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you release Solyn and its affiliates from liability beyond these limitations. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542.

Consumer Law Carve-Out: Certain state laws may not allow some limitations. If such laws apply, Solyn’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solyn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands,losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your violation of these Terms;
2. Your use or misuse of the Site or products (including prohibited human/animal use);
3. Your violation of any law or regulation, or infringement of third-party rights.

Solyn may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle any such matter without Solyn’s prior written consent. These obligations survive termination.

Ownership: All content and materials on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product information, software, etc.) are the property of Solyn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Solyn trademarks, logos, and trade dress are proprietary to Solyn.

Limited License: Solyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal use to learn about products or place orders. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, scrape, mine, or exploit the Site or its content for commercial purposes without written consent.

Prohibited Uses: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Site software or remove proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase or use of any products from Solyn shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and applicable U.S. federal laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Arizona, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. If consumer law in your state requires a different venue for certain disputes, those requirements may apply.

Compliance with Local Laws: Accessing the Site where its content or products are illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Modification: Solyn may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Notice: We may notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site, but you are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.

Acceptance: Continued use of the Site or purchases after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to rights and obligations accrued before the effective date.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms (and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, such as a Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Solyn regarding the Site and purchases, superseding prior agreements and representations.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without Solyn’s written consent.Solyn may assign these Terms as part of a business transaction or otherwise.

Relationship of Parties: Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, or agency relationship.

Headings: Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.

Force Majeure: Solyn is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, labor disputes, supply shortages, pandemics, outages, etc.). Obligations are suspended during such events.

Survival: Provisions that should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
